I Installed now Xubuntu-desktop on L15.04 with bugs #1424362/#1429531 and this resulted in a XFCE-session in which Lubuntu Software Center, Synaptic as well as adding a user works OK. Switching back to LXDE, the bugs reappear. Unfortunately LXQt can no longer be installed for trial on Lubuntu 15.04 as error messages appear about broken packages or other problems.
