Corresponding Debian bug: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=685439
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=685439#31 implies that my apt sources.lists could be relevant: it's precise (main, restricted, universe, multiverse) plus precise-updates and precise-security (same components). https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=685439#51 suggests a workaround: apt-show-versions -i. I've tested it, and it works for me. I see now that /etc/cron.daily/apt-show-versions is supposed to run apt- show-versions -i, and that I ssh'ed into the server before the daily cron scripts had a chance to run, after an OS upgrade that changed the sources.list. ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #685439 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=685439 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1435680 Title: Multiple Use of uninitialized value warnings To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt-show-versions/+bug/1435680/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
