I have a third new oslo package I need to request a FFe for; heat requires oslo-versionedobjects as of kilo-3.
zigo has this packaged under VCS in Debian; again we're currently divergent on oslo package naming, so I'm proposing I upload from Debian VCS with oslo-XX naming for binary packages.
