13.04 is end of life and no longer supported. You will need to use
14.04 or 14.10. Also it looks like you are trying to install to a
Windows' "Dynamic Disk", which is unsupported. You will need to have
windows convert it back to a basic disk. Finally, your CPU is
overheating.

Title:
Over no less than 6 attempts to load Ubuntu 13.04, the grub installer
failed to load. I made an unallocated space on the installation disk
with no improvement.
