Public bug reported:
Using Ubuntu 15.04 with an ALVA BC640. The display shows BRLTTY 5.2 ....
so BRLTTY detects correctly. However, when I enables braille in ORCA
nothing is changing on the display. In Ubuntu 14.04 LTS this works fine.
