Original bug:
 * Stopping PostgreSQL 9.1 database server * Error:
Could not create log file /var/log/postgresql/postgresql-9.1-main.log

Tdipper, it seems the permissions on /var/log/postgresql/ might be
wrong? But you removed postgresql already ... can you reproduce this
still?

** Changed in: postgresql-9.1 (Ubuntu)
       Status: Confirmed => Incomplete

** Summary changed:

- package postgresql-client-9.1 (not installed) failed to install/upgrade:
subprocess installed pre-removal script returned error exit status 1
+ package postgresql-client-9.1 (not installed) failed to install/upgrade:
Could not create log file /var/log/postgresql/postgresql-9.1-main.log
