This has to do with you using wine from a PPA which provides a version
number greater than that of the one available in the release of Ubuntu
to which you are trying to upgrade.

 wine | 1:1.6.2-0ubuntu4      | trusty/universe          | amd64, i386
 wine | 1:1.6.2-0ubuntu6      | utopic/universe          | amd64, i386
 wine | 1:1.6.2-0ubuntu7      | vivid/universe           | amd64, i386

You'll need to remove the PPA and the packages it provides using ppa-
purge and then try the upgrade again.

** Changed in: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete

** Summary changed:

- could not calculate the upgrade
+ could not calculate the upgrade due to wine from a PPA
