Public bug reported:

1)

"Linux, for example, is a far superior operating system than DOS
precisely because it draws on the collective experience, skill and
knowledge of thousands of developers"

Linux is a kernel, not an OS. The OS is GNU/Linux. Also, who uses DOS
anymore?

"GNU/Linux, for example, is a far superior operating system than Windows
precisely because it draws on the collective experience, skill and
knowledge of thousands of developers"

2)

"Apache, the most popular web-server, is another freeware product and is
acknowledged as the best available. The same can be said of other key
web-technologies (most obviously PHP)"

Apache isn't "freeware" it's "free software" -- a vital difference being
the availability of the source code under a free software license.
Also "web-technologies" is kind of too general.

"Apache, the most popular web-server, is another free software project
and is acknowledged as the best available. The same can be said of other
key web-related software (most obviously PHP)"
