Public bug reported:

/etc/profile.d/cedilla-brazil.sh complains about error:
bash: [: too many arguments

I don't have LC_IDENTIFICATION, nor anything related to pt_BR.

The error message is printed when I log in in text mode, and a popup
dialog is presented when I log in from the default lightdm to the
default unity desktop.

The bug must have appeared in the last couple of hours, it was
definitely not yet present in Vivid beta yesterday.
