somewhat sad we end up having to use cheap devices... i ended up switching back to windows - first time in 15 years!! I am also surprised someone did not talk about a ndiswrapper type of temporary solution... that's what i used to do back in the initial broadcom days... but now in 2015, feeling a bit tired to go through another round of that...
