To install a .deb file, simply <mousebutton>Right</mousebutton> click on the
.deb file, and choose <menuchoice><guimenu>Kubuntu Package
Menu</guimenu><guimenuitem>Install Package</guimenuitem></menuchoice>.
Problem:
With my Kubuntu Gutsy system, Kubuntu Package Meny does not exist. Instead you
should just click on
the .deb file, to open up the Gdebi application, and then just click "install
package". If wanting to right click, the way to do it is: Open with > Gdebi...
