Just kidding. The command to get the output is:
 dosfsck -v -n <partition>

So from your photos, that would appear to be these two commands:
 dosfsck -v -n /dev/sda1
 dosfsck -v -n /dev/sda2

If you wouldn't mind attaching the output for those, then my head will
stop hurting from peering at photo 3 :)
