* create /var/lib/libvirt/qemu/channel/target (LP: #1393842)
- libvirt-bin.dirs: add /var/lib/libvirt/qemu/channel/target
- libvirt-bin.postinst: chown target directory to libvirt-qemu:kvm so
qemu can create the unix sockets.
