About bug link above, I fully understand how /boot can fill up, but can't it just not under / (not a "small partition")? Would that have happened with a new install (not update)? Size of/separate /boot may have been "self-inflicted". I do not remember any more if I chose it/its size.
Related, some recommend separate /home (better for reinstallations). That one is under / and I do not worry too much, not sure I agree with separation. Any policy or default on this in Ubuntu? Has it changed lately? May or may not have implications for full-disk encryption? I guess you can live with all such decisions for long across many updates.. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1441891 Title: Can't login after upgrade to 15.04 on Dell Inspiron 1525 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1441891/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
