This is somewhat related to bug #1368671.

Very often I get confused when expanding a contact item in the contacts
app, there's only a contact and a message icon. There isn't a "call"
one, because tapping on the number is doing that. But because it doesn't
look active (and there are icons that do), I end up absent-mindedly
pressing the message icon when I wanted to call.
