Voilá :D

root@dixie:~# iscsiadm -m discovery --op=new --op=delete --type sendtargets
--portal 172.16.0.1 -I iser
172.16.0.1:3260,1 iqn.2001-04.com.hertz-lunit1
root@dixie:~# iscsiadm -m node -l
Logging in to [iface: iser, target: iqn.2001-04.com.hertz-lunit1, portal:
172.16.0.1,3260] (multiple)
Login to [iface: iser, target: iqn.2001-04.com.hertz-lunit1, portal:
172.16.0.1,3260] successful.

Now I have /dev/sdc (from iSER) setup in my environment coming from
other host through IB:

Apr 13 16:51:08 dixie iscsid: Connection7:0 to [target: iqn.2001-04.com
.hertz-lunit1, portal: 172.16.0.1,3260] through [iface: iser] is
operational now

root@dixie:~# dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdc bs=1M count=1024 oflag=direct
1024+0 records in
1024+0 records out
1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB) copied, 0.84224 s, 1.3 GB/s

And it looks okay.
