Neither me, nor Alfonso can reproduce this, using vivid, on mako, krillin and arale. It looks to me as this bug was due to libqofono 0.7 landing 14th of January [1] and full support of this libqofono version came 17th of February [2].
Until we can reproduce this, I'm marking it as invalid.
