It looks like there was an error reading and writing to your partition
/dev/sda1:
Apr 9 23:57:00 ubuntu kernel: [ 441.076810] EXT4-fs error (device sda1):
ext4_mb_generate_buddy:757: group 1729, block bitmap and bg descriptor
inconsistent: 2644 vs 2628 free clusters
Apr 9 23:57:00 ubuntu kernel: [ 441.076821] Aborting journal on device sda1-8.
Apr 9 23:57:00 ubuntu kernel: [ 441.077377] EXT4-fs (sda1): Remounting
filesystem read-only
Earlier in the log we can see:
Apr 9 23:51:57 ubuntu kernel: [ 138.502134] EXT4-fs (sda1): warning: mounting
fs with errors, running e2fsck is recommended
Apr 9 23:51:57 ubuntu kernel: [ 138.504604] EXT4-fs (sda1): mounted
filesystem with ordered data mode. Opts: (null)
Apr 9 23:52:10 ubuntu ubiquity[2386]: debconffilter_done: ubi-partman
(current: ubi-partman)
I'd recommend running e2fsck on that partition and trying the install
again.
