Public bug reported:
The 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed to install into /target/.
Without the GRUB boot loader, the installed system will not boot
Using the default paritioning. grub fails to install.
I had tried with windows fast startup enabled but I turned it off,
deleted the ubuntu partitions and I get this error
