@Christopher I couldn't boot with my default kernel(3.13). Booting freezes at the following line
[5.872093] hidraw: raw HID events driver(c) Jiri Kosina [5.895810] sdphcp: Standard Hot Plug PCI Controller Driver Version:0.4 I waited for around 10 minutes before restarting the laptop. Meanwhile i updated my Kernel from 3.18 to 3.19 rc4 and found some improvements with bluetooth. I can now search, discover and pair devices. I tried sending a few files also. Its working. But now the issue is i cannot still connect to my bluetooth speaker(JBL Micro wireless). The device pairs normally and shows "Loudspeaker" in the list. I click the item and select "Connect to: Audio Sink". This is the error message i am getting. "Connection Failed: Stream setup failed" . The same is the error i get when selecting "Audio Source" for my Nexus 7. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1443155 Title: Bluetooth not working on Asus X553MA laptop To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1443155/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
