Public bug reported:
Webdav folder accessed via dav://URL/FOLDER in pcmanfm.
Right-click on selected file gives dropdown that doesn't contain an option to
rename the file.
Add, delete, open file functions operate as expected, so problem doesn't
seem related to permissions.
FWIW, Rename option is offered, and works as expected, in CAJA filemanager in
Linux MINT
