Public bug reported:

On retail bq e4.5 phone running latest OTA.

At ~9:30 today I had a lockup which I believe was apport running after a
unity8 crash.

-rw-r----- 1 phablet whoopsie 140K Apr 19 09:32
_usr_bin_unity8.32011.crash

(which wasn't uploaded so I just ran /usr/share/apport/whoopsie-upload-
all to do that)

Crash is this one:- https://errors.ubuntu.com/oops/76340f6c-e69e-
11e4-9b04-fa163e4aaad4

Since then my battery has dropped catastrophically (see screenshot)

Looking at "top" on the phone, it seems telegram wasn't well:-

23394 phablet 20 0 363596 43472 22008 S 99.4 4.4 341:15.66
telegram

But I don't know if that's the cause of the battery drain or not.

It's also really hard to launch apps since unity8 died. Something has
got messed up and I have to launch -> kill -> launch apps to get them to
start. I fear a reboot is the only way to get back to sanity.
