I am very happy since the update to r21, on all the issues I mentioned in the original post. I haven't dropped a call on bluetooth since the update. The bluetooth remains connected on completion of a call and the phone mostly reconnects automatically to my bluetooth devices. Sometimes I have to toggle the bluetooth connection to get sound to play via the bluetooth device an not via the phone speaker, however this is not consistent and a lot of time I don't have to do this.
