Ubuntu 7.10: The top window bar, which contains the minimize, maximize
and close boxes to control the open window, has disappeared with the
Sept. 19, 2007 Gutsy update of 153 packages, including compiz updates.
The only way to close windows is through the FILE menu or from the lower
panel.
