Booting from a Vivid USB drive created in Vivid shows the following error:
Failed to load libutil.c32
Failed to load COM32 file menu.c32

Typing the following does not work:
live

WORKAROUND: Immediately after creating the USB drive, execute:
cd /usr/lib/syslinux/modules/bios/
cp libcom32.c32 /media/USERNAME/DRIVE
cp libutil.c32 /media/USERNAME/DRIVE
cp menu.c32 /media/USERNAME/DRIVE
