Removing 1.10 while the unversioned metapackage is built from 1.12 seems
unclever, since people won't get smooth upgrades.  If someone wanted to
fix that before release, they have a couple of days, otherwise it's not
a big deal if we ship both in 15.04 and clean it up in 15.10 via syncs
from unstable.
