o Subversion snapshot r1557
o Let IPP_TAG_NOVALUE attributes have Python value None instead of a
string (Fixes LP: #140887).
o Handle IPP_TAG_NOVALUE by translating it to a valid default value.
* debian/control: Updated "Maintainer:" field.
* debian/control: Require at least python-cups 1.9.27, so that
IPP_TAG_NOVALUE attributes get handled correctly.
