Debtorrent seems like a great feature, but it is probably to late to get it working for Gutsy?
It needs to have some extra repository meta data generated. For Debian these files are available at http://merkel.debian.org/~ajt/extrapieces/. This URL is also hard coded into the python source code. To run on Ubuntu somebody would have to arrange for the same files to be generated periodically for ubuntu using the included "hippy.py" script. This needs to be run on some machine which have a local mirror.
