Working with openstack, I have to swap two ip sets:
# ipset list

If I use ipset v6.20.1 from Ubuntu 14.04, ipset swap command runs succesfully,
but if I do the same thing with ipset from Ubuntu Vivid (v6.24), then got this
error:
# ipset swap NETIPv4fa676208-fc0f-4328-8 NETIPv4fa676208-fc0f-4328-8-new
