Public bug reported:

When `apport` asks about uploading a modified configuration file it'd be
useful to offer a third option to display its content beside the simple
yes/no choice. A diff between the default file (which can't contain
sensitive information) and the current version of the would be a useful
forth option because it'd avoid searching for the modification the user
made.
