Public bug reported:
Two finger scroll is enabled in system settings -> Mouse & Touchpad.
synclient needs:
snclient HorizTwoFingerScroll=1
Setting to make this work.
Once enabled, is affected by bug #876447, but this is preferable to it
not working at all.
