You mean "(polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1:1451): polkit- gnome-1-WARNING **: Error getting authority: Error initializing authority: The connection is closed"? Maybe this comes because I'm restricting the system and session bus of D-Bus. After giving them unrestricted access again and rebooting the system the error message still appears after a login. But the polkit message in the log got now replaced with "** (polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1:1548): WARNING **: Error retrieving accessibility bus address: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.a11y.Bus was not provided by any .service files".
