Public bug reported:
Since 14.04 I can not not use Ibus Other-latin-post(m17n) input method
because it uses English keyboard layout.
I have a Japanese keyboard, ibus-setup Advanced->Use system keyboard
layout is ignored.
There is no option to choose keyboard in ibus-setup Input Method->Other-
latn-post (m17n) either.
