Migration performed in maintainer scripts should be idempotent (since
maintainer scripts should be idempotent). So in theory it should
magically all be fixed on upgrade. Clearly you're saying that it isn't,
so there's still a bug there. If somebody can help fix this for users
who were testing Vivid, your help would be appreciated.
