Public bug reported:
In Ubuntu 15.04 "runit" cannot be installed. postinst fails with the
following message:
start: Unable to connect to Upstart: Failed to connect to socket
/com/ubuntu/upstart: Connection refused
Due to this error, packages depending on runit, like git-daemon-run,
cannot be installed as well.
