No, it is not reliably repeatable.

But it makes sense: I usually see an apport pop up on this when I am
rebooting -- so, aiccu crashed while the system was shutting down, and I
only get to see it when I login after the reboot.

Happened some 3 times so far. Maybe something related to stop order (but
it looks more like a race) on systemd?
