it is odd I am here in 2015 and on ALL the internet no-one else has this 
problem except 2010/2011

I have same problem with 12.04

AGAIN during security updates and newer Firefox 37.0.2+build1

I know it is ICEAPE. How do I remove if there is no 'alternative'
