thanks for the hint. 
But that is already included in my xml-file:

    <os>
      <type arch='x86_64' machine='pc-i440fx-utopic'>hvm</type>
      <boot dev='hd'/>
    </os>

Any other suggestions?!

I can access the cd/dvd-drive, and I can start programs (for example to install 
a driver or any other software). 
But I can't read an audio-cd.

Maybe you can reproduce this behaviour on your own installation.
