David Zafra Gómez, unfortunately, these types of issues tend to take quite a bit of time to develop fixes for (tending towards weeks to months, versus days to weeks). Also, upstream is a lot busier than many, so they may have been pulled in other directions. You would want to continue to keep this report relevant by testing any new upstream kernel that come out and report the results here.
