Public bug reported:

The hda_intel driver doesn't currently declare support for powerwell on
SKL/CHV, and should use i915_bpo specific symbols when trying to enable
it. To fix this, backport a commit from 4.1

and add a SAUCE patch to use the correct symbols if on SKL/CHV.
