Public bug reported:
The current i915_bpo driver code is based on drm-intel-next tag which is
roughly two weeks short of what got applied in 4.1-rc1. Fix that by
pulling the diff. Also, add backports from current drm-intel-next branch
to fix bugs and add support for 90/270 degree rotation.
This all needs further backports from 4.0/4.1-rc1 to core drm on the new
atomic helpers, which are only used by i915_bpo and not any other
driver.
