Public bug reported:
On Vivid, command `yesod init` generates `.cabal` file containing
dependency `persistent >= 2.0` and code that uses features of
persistent-2.0. But package haskell-persistent is still 1.3.* in Vivid
(http://packages.ubuntu.com/source/vivid/haskell-persistent). Should
haskell-persistent be upgraded, or should haskell-yesod-bin be
downgraded, or should I use another way to get packages?
