That is very strange. The only difference of my kernel with the stock one is that 3 lines of code regarding bt module. Maybe you have troubles with 3.19.0-16 in general. It is not in main repos yet. Maybe there are some unrelated issues. I guess your video driver did not build properly. This happens. But now we know that it is that firmware issue.
