Public bug reported:

"apt-get" and "aptitude" both report that there is an existing update
for "gparted" on Ubuntu 15.04 (Vivid), but it is held back and can't be
installed due to the missing package "libparted0debian1 (>=2.2-1)" which
was not compiled for 15.04 yet, according to
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=libparted0debian1

I am using standard Ubuntu 15.04 Desktop with Unity DE, "uname -rvmpio" outputs:
3.19.0-16-generic #16-Ubuntu SMP Thu Apr 30 16:13:00 UTC 2015 i686 i686 i686
GNU/Linux

"apt-cache policy gparted" outputs:

gparted:
  Installed: 0.19.0-2
  Candidate: 0.22.0-1~getdeb1
  Version table:
     0.22.0-1~getdeb1 0
