Hello,
I'm also experiencing the same problem on a Kubuntu 15.04 System with
nvidia-prime and nvidia-346-updates.

Sometimes resuming killed kwin and after restarting kwin the system worked
normally.
So i figured that killing kwin and and starting it again after that would be a
workaround for the problem.

Typing blindly

"killall kwin_x11
kwin_x11"

into krunner does the trick.

However putting that into a script inside /etc/pm/sleep.d/ does not seem
to work.

Best regards
