Public bug reported:

The Screen and Graphics Preferences doesn't always show me the same
options, and it behaves strange.

I have a DELL P991 crt monitor, so i chose the model for screen 1, the default
screen. I chose the maximum resolution, 1600x1200, but when i try to choose the
frequency, i am given 3 weird options: 60, 61 and 64Hz (my monitor can display
1600x1200 at 85Hz). so i select the highest, 64, and restart.
When i go back to Screen and Graphics Preferences, it has a different
resolution selected, 1280x1024 @ 64.

My monitor's OSD shows [EMAIL PROTECTED] Also, 1280x1024 is the resolution
selected from preferences -> Screen Resolution, where i'm also limited
to 60, 61 and 64Hz. And speaking of this window, when i select 1600x1200
i'm given the following frequencies: 50, 51, 53, 55, 56. Other
resolutions are corelated with other strange frequencies.
