To reproduce:
1) In kubuntu start plasma desktop
2) Configure the desktop to have virtual desktops (e.g. 4 desktops)
3) Start an application and put it in the 4th virtual destkop
4) Logout
5) Login again
See that the application is automatically restarted, but is placed in
the 1st desktop.
