windows 8.1 duel boot grub fails to install try ed on ex4 partition no go tried
on root dva no go
I created two partitions by shrinking the windows 8.1 partition
made my swap area 3 gig
made ext4 partition assigned root /
then tried to install grub on ext4 partition
no go
tried to install along side windows 8.1 same thing grub failed
yes i turned off fast boot tried cfc mode no go
i do not have a bois system
my machine is a toshiba satellite s855d
