When two windows are opened, if I click in the background window's
titlebar and quickly move the cursor, the window follows the cursor as
if I was dragging it, and I have to click again to place it in a
specific position.
That doesn't happen with all windows, but happens all the time with
gnome-terminal. Some windows may or may not behave like this depending
where you click or the movement you make using the cursor.
It happens in Ubuntu 15.04.
