Public bug reported:

In Network Manager disable Mobile Broadband.

As root start wammu → No configuration found → Phone Wizard →
Automatically search for a phone → USB Cable → found Nokia unknown
model. Unable to send sms: "Not supported by device".

Phone was in PC Suite mode.
